SAS 9.3 migration to SAS 9.4 what to migrate?

We are planning to migrate to SAS Base engine 9.4.  Our current SAS Base engine is 9.3. 

Is it required that we migrate all the datasets?  Aside from datasets, what else do we need to migrate?  We have SAS Management Console, Web Report Studio, Information Data Portal, SAS EG projects and SAS EM projects.
