Hi I was downloading a file using link download, from kobotoolbox. but it is a timeout but doesnt explained what is the reason. does anyone know or happen to have this kind of timeout?

Since that is a short program did you try submitting the Proc Http without the macro or any of the macro variables?

 

You don't show a definition for 1) a Fileref named Kobo01 or 2) &link_mod_anc so we have no way of knowing if the code generated by the macro is valid.

 

Timeouts can sometimes be just the server is too busy or not responding for some other reason like software maintenance at the server or network issues. Try again later is often the solution in these cases.

 

PLEASE post code as text pasted into a text or code box opened with the </> or "running man" icons that appear above the message windows. It is hard to have to retype stuff and if there is much most of us aren't going to.
