Start multiple Enterprise Guide instances. But be careful: running multiple workspace servers in parallel to the detriment of other users might incur the wrath of your SAS administrator(s).

I have introduced a limit on the number of workspace servers a single user can have at any given time. This prevents the abuse of shared resources.
