Hello friends,

I would like to run SAS project automatically every day at a specific time.

I created a sas project and created the schedule run by going to schedule tab.

Under "General" Tab i choose "Run only when user is logged in "

Then all is fine and the program run as I wanted automatically.

The problem is that when I am out of work (There is no log in into my computer ) then the program is not running.

Then I decided to change the defintions and went to "General" tab and choose "Run whether user is logged on or not".

Then I clicked "OK"  and then SAS asked me to enter user name and password.

I entered it and then got an error.

Please see the error.

My question:

Why did it happen?

What is the meaning of this error?

What is the way to solve it?

If you have scheduled the task in the Task scheduler on the windows  OS, use the task scheduler to make changes to task properties.
SAS EG is not required and the error should be unrelated.

I haven't shedule  the Task via scheduler on the windows  OS.

I sheduled the task via sas(SAS Enterprise Guide includes a built-in scheduler) , not via windows.
My question was how to repair this error.
