I'm using code similar to the following. However, my output is printing periods in some cells with missing values. How can I change the format so those cells displays either "0" or are blank?
proc format;
picture mypct (round) low-high='009.99%';
run;
proc tabulate data=sashelp.class;
class age sex;
var weight height;
table age, sex*(weight height)*(pctsum*f=mypct.);
run;
options missing=0;

var weight height;
table age, sex*(weight height)*(pctsum*f=mypct.);
run;
options missing=.; /* This step is optional, it re-sets the default appearance of missing values */
