Quick question .

Is ther a way to connect to unix box from being on a unix box with SAS connect.
i.e. I have SAS installed on AIX and HP and can i logon to AIX box from HP box ,the same way we normally do in PC Sas using SAS CONNECT files ---> tcpunix.scr file ?

if yes could share an example with code please ?

Yes, you can absolutely do that. You need CONNECT on the client UNIX side and CONNECT or SHARE on the server UNIX. There are sample scripts in your SAS install directory (!sasroot/misc/connect...). SAS documentation will have lot's of examples of how to write your SAS code.
