Real time Clinical sas programmer

guys i am new to sas. 

I just need to understand whats the work of a sas clinical programmer?

does any one can guide me with the real time projects so that it will be more helpful for me to get better understanding on SAS

Depends what "sas clinical programmer" means, as that varies between companies.  I have had that title in the past and done databasing, or line listings or validation, or data transfers etc.  You are better off learning SAS in general if you need to use it for a specific role, and learn the role specific things whilst on the job.  There is no magic website to teach you all of it.
