Hi all,
I have a SAS file which I want to read. However, I got the following error:
"filename" is shorter than expected use PROC DATASETS; REPAIR to fix it.
I kindly ask you to help me
As it says, use the REPAIR Statement in the DATASETS Procedure.
But I would get back to the source of the dataset file and have them resend the file, it seems to have been damaged during the transmission.
Then you need a valid copy of the file. When REPAIR can't get it right, it's toast. It might even be that you have a .sas7bdat file of size 0.
