SAS9.2

I have Chain, State, Volume, Client   variables.  I need to figure out who the top client is (1st) in each state for each chain based on the volume. I also need another column added to my report "State rank" which is a number (rank) that ranks each state for each chain based on the volume

so far to get the top client I did the summary by Chain, State, Client and then First.state statement, but i can't figure out how to add rank
