REMOVING PANELS WITH MISSING DATA TO CREATE BALANCED DATA

Hi,

I want to covert my data into balanced panel by removing id's with missing values. Can someone guide me with this?

 

datasheet is attached for reference.

No MS Office files please. Many people are reluctant or forbidden to download them due to the nasty payloads they can carry.

 

Describe your problem better. Why can't you use  where not missing(ID) ?
