Question on Base sas certification exam prep

I am confused when i took attempt for practice base sas certification, it ask me to create data set something like "results.output2" how can i make this result folder in cert or what is meaning of this? Because whenever we practice during course the output will stored automatically to work library.

one more error i got is "user is not authorized to change/modify cert library " how can i resolve this error and what does it mean?

Results2 is a library which you create with a libname statement.
OUTPUT2 is the name of the data set created.
