Quantiles from MEANS, UNIVARIATE and RANK

Hi everyone.

I wonder why the quartiles generated from proc rank is not the same as that generated from proc means and proc univariate?

There are many ways to compute percentiles (quantiles), 5 methods are available in UNIVARIATE :
