Can I run python code for SAS 9.4? Import to mention that I have python available on my window environment and SAS in Linux environment. Any suggestion...

Not clear exactly what you're doing. I think you need SAS Viya to have full integration with python, but you can also call other programs via the X command or SYSEXEC.
