Please i need to run a SAS program to test yield stability of barley over 13 growing seasons .Can you help me?

Is stability a very well defined term? If not, tell us how you would calculate this.

Also, provide some sample data, and desired outcome would also help.

English is not my native language. My purpose is to test the stability of four varieties of barley across 10 years. You will find attached an excel file with sample data.
