Product Sales analysis and create a chart

This is little off topic. Given below is the sample product sales data. What are the different types of analysis one can perform with this data? After the analysis I want to find the inferences and create some charts (e.g. bar, pie..) Any help?

I just looking for an idea to start with.

Something along the lines of:

• Highest product sellers
• What sells best at what time of day/week (heatmaps)
• If you have ID of customers, repeat sellers/favourites
• If you have ID of sales, best sales person, most sales per person
• Best day of the week sales, worst day of the week
• Combos versus individual items
• Profit analysis sliced by all the above if you have cost or can assume a percentage markup
