Proc upload Struck

i am trying to upload the mainframe data set to sas data set by using rsubmit .

 

Below is the last statement in the log 

 

NOTE: Upload in progress from data=WORK.sample to out=memb.sample

 

by looks of it struck . i would like to know the status of the upload . how do we troubleshoot this .can we add any options to find out if it is dropped due to network ?

Is this happening for every upload or just this one? If it has only happening once I'd just do it a few times to check the reliability. Also how long does the upload run for until it gets stuck?
