Hi, Can I ask how can I set up the groups with different start points by sgplot? 

Figure 1 is what I want;

Figure 2 is what I have generated now.

Try the jitter option if that's valid on your syntax. Which command are you using?

Post some sample data and full code that could be more helpful for your question.
If you were using SCATTER ,try option ‘groupdisplay=cluster ’:

scatter x=TimePeriod y=TargetRate /group=treat groupdisplay=cluster ;
