Proc report table output

I am using sas 9.4 and creating lab report table using ods rtf format with proc report.  I am having issue with space between my title and the solid line of the table. I want a single space but I am getting double space.  is there any option to reduce the space?

Can you post a small screenshot (using the "Insert Photo" button) to show us where you get more white-space than required? You could create your own template to have full control of any aspect of the created layout, but depending on what you actually want, there should be an easier way.
