Your data step Input statement 1) has incorrect format for Region, 2) a variable not present at all: Analysebeskrivelse and the informat is missing the "." character, 3) is not ended with a semicolon.

Which exact values of Tested make up which group within each region?

For the percentages to you mean display the value such as currently in the data as 0.02 to be 2.0%? Or are you expecting the procedure to calculate percentages as some statistic from multiple records?

If the existing value then using a Format such as Percent8.2 should work for the variable.
