Hello:

 

Would someone be able to share if it's possible to specify proc means to only output for continuous variables in a dataset? If so, how?

There is no way to define a 'continuous' variable. You can specify numeric vs character, but ordinal/categorical variables may be numeric as well. You can use variable short hand notation to list variables in a multiple ways, see the documentation:
