Note:

I run the above codes and have encoded the file (attached).  If I receive the excel and have in non-SAS environment, may i know how to decode the excel file?

Did you mean how to decode the password ?

The excel file itself is a normal excel file and can be opened anywhere. As for the password, it cannot be decoded outside the sas environment.
