Hi,

I am receiving this error when importing a csv file, using Proc Import.  It happens for all csv files that I try to import.  SAS will successfully read in the files, but I am wondering about the error.  Any thoughts?  Below is a screenshot.

I am using SAS University Edition and the test.csv file is shown below.

Thanks....

The message is saying that your SASUSER.PROFILE has become corrupted which is strange as I didn't think SAS University Edition used one. Having said that deleting the VM from VirtualBox, re-downloading the VM and reinstalling it usually fixes any SAS UE errors.

Hi Chris,

Sorry for the late reply. Reinstalling virtual box and SAS did not work.
I also did a new install on a new computer and receive the same error. As
I said, SAS continues on but I am curious about the error.

Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

Thanks again,

Glenn

That's weird - it might be an idea to raise a track with SAS Support which you can do here -> http://support.sas.com/ctx/supportform/createForm

They're always helpful and might have seen something like this before
