Proc Factor fit statistics

How do you get RMSEA, TLI and CFI in a confirmatory factor analysis for proc factor?

This example using PROC CALIS for confirmatory factor analysis computes RMSEA and CFI. I don't know what TLI is.

Yes you can get these fit statistics in proc calis, but can you do it in proc factor? I'm having a hard time getting fit statistics AND exporting the factor.
Proc factor you can export but it doesn't give fit.
Proc calis gives fit but you can't export?
