Problem with SAS Schedular

Hi All,

I have come a cross problem where in SAS LSF schedular doesn't submitting job even last job has exit code of 1.  I did some research and got that some paramater file may not have sent all parameters as required but i am not sure.

I have tool called SAS Flow manager and it just gives red color on job when its failed with exit code of 1 or grater then 1. But if it doesn't submit next job even after previous code 1 then its problem with schedular. Kinldy advise if you have ant permenanat solution.
