Problem in accessing links in IDP

I cannot open the links in information delivery portal( with the same profile) in some computers but can open the links in another computers.

I am really concerned to know what could be the probable reason for the same. Any help or discussion is highrly appreciated

I guess the probable reasons may be .

1)Browser compatability

2)Proxy settings

3)Adobe Flash player 10 ActiveX

4)host entries
