Problem in a node of data source execution in sas enterprise miner 6.2

When i execute the node of my data source in the diagram workspace (miner 6.2) it does not work. When i execute the node, the following message appear: "the import template defined for this component is incorrect".

I need your help to know what is the problem and how to resolve it.

Have you opened a technical support ticket at SAS? I simply cannot find any machine that runs EM 6.2. I will do some internet search for the error message.
