Hello there,

I am GODSWILL, seeking for professional assistance to carry out a task on patient profile programming.

If anyone can assist me with codes on how to create colorized patient profile in table and charts forms, as well as code that could map patients data to the corresponding field OIDs on the patient Profile specifications, I will be eternally grateful and indebted!

Thank you and best regards,
iamgodswillegegwu@outlook.com

Assuming you're using and referring to BASE/EG/Studio I'm not aware of a standard definition (it's entirely possible it exists) for a 'patient profile'. If you search on lexjansen.com you'll find many examples of codes and solutions.

https://www.lexjansen.com/search/searchresults.php?q=clinical%20profile

However, if you're using SAS Clinical reporting I don't think this is the right answer.

If you're using VA then the answer would be different again.

The homoeopathic amount of information you have provided makes it hardly possible to post something helpful. There is a checklist displayed when creating new topics: checklist_new_message.jpg

You may want to compare your initial post with list and fill the gaps.
