Can anyone pls explain what actually happen in the below sas script. I am unable to understan .AS in the script.

CREATE TABLE in.AAAA as
SELECT

Client AS IDNumber,
CIDNumber AS au_IDNumber,

BN123,
BN346,

. as MT111,
. as MT112,
. as MT113,
