PROC SQL: Calculate date difference but working days only

This gives me number of days for datediff, but trying to get working days only:

PROC SQL;
CREATE TABLE a AS
SELECT
t1.industry,
"&extdate"d+1 - t1.event_from_date as datediff
FROM sss t1

...

Different countries have different holidays.

How do you identify a working day?
