PROC SOAP Unauthorized Error

Hi all,

I am trying to retrive an XML from a webserver that is outside my network. I try to make the call from SAS using PROC SOAP, I keep getting the following error message:

ERROR: org.springframework.ws.client.WebServiceTransportException: Unauthorized [401]

I have tried to add either WEBUSERNAME and PROXYUSERNAME into PROC SOAP but they don’t work.

If I access the webpage via Internet explorer, I can login with the username and password.

Have anyone had similar experience or any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Just guessing, but it could be a firewall issue.
