Hello All

In proc report whenever we are giving width= xx option in define statement, can anybody know how much the total width should be combining all the columns together!

I am using orientation as landscape!

Sometimes we may use width in inches or %

I noticed that it should be total 99 in %

and 9.1 in inches!

is this correct or is there any where/way we can change this?

Does pagesize and linesize has any effect on this?

My pagesize is 50 and linesize is 128?

Can someone throw some insight?

You need to account for page size, margin size, border size and cell padding. All of that can be customized. The border size and cell padding can be a touch tricky because it then depends on how many columns you have in your dataset.
