Open data in existing sas enterprise guide window

I upgraded to SAS 9.3 recently. When I double click sas dataset in windows explorer, how can I let it open in existing sas enterprice guide window, instead of a new window? Thanks.

Assign a Library with reference to the location where your dataset resides in the existing Enterprise guide session and you can browse the datatset in existing session.
