I am getting really frustrated with proc report generating a break out of blue after table. It makes no sense either that it is creating it centered with 12pt Times New Roman, when all fonts defined in template is set to Courier 6 8 or 10pt... 

Tried also this:

But the PARKSKIP has no effect on the output. I attached a screenshot about the section I mean (highlighted).

So how in heck can I remove this?
