Is there a code that performs a least squares mean result for a proc npar1way test?

I don't think so, because once you do a non-parametric test, you're really working with the ranks of the data and not the actual data itself.

You could always get the LSMEANS from PROC GLM or PROC GLIMMIX.

Can you do that for data that isn't normally distributed?
