Need to remove APRON�BLK/GRYCHEKDTL special character from string.

Getting below Error while Proc export. 

ERROR: Unable to transcode data to/from UCS-2 encoding.
WARNING: File deletion failed for _IMEX_.Sheet1.DATA.
ERROR: Export unsuccessful. See SAS Log for details.
