Need to link the Excel sheet from other sheet inside same execl work book

I have one summary sheet and there are rest 4 sheet. I have to link the summary sheet with other sheet for example

In Summary sheet  i have one column(Theme) with 4 values if i click white it will go to sheet which is defined on that value and vice-versa.

Theme

White

Green

Bule

Grey

Please help me for the same.
