SAS OnDemand for Academics
If you are using SAS On Demand for Academics and you created the cert folder in the Files(Home) location:
The cert library should reference '~/cert/input'.
The results library should reference '~/cert/output'... While I am trying to do this.. i didn't find input and output

do you have folders called /home/<your name>/cert/input (and ../output)?

I have it. But I don’t have input and output files.

So where can I download those files to give a base programming exam

Maybe post a screenshot of the instructions.  It's not clear to me how the input files are supposed to get into your ~/cert/input folder in the first place.
