Hi Team,
I have N number of SAS files as txt document - It's a combination of Datastep and Proc SQL. Each file insists normal ETL jobs (like calculate columns, Merge files, keep, drop columns etc). The agenda of the project is to convert/migrate all the operations/function in SAS codes to Google Big query. Is there any possibilities for migrating SAS codes to BQ using any specific automation?
Any other effective idea will be appreciated.
There is no automated way to migrate SAS code to other software tools. SQL will be much the same in the new tool but you will have to change SAS table and column names to whatever you have defined in BigQuery. DATA step code will need to be rewritten in SQL or other supported BigQuery languages.
