Merge tables with duplicate id values

Hello,

I would appreciate some advice on how I can add or attach the two columns Service Detail 1 and Service Detail 2 from the vas_code_test dataset  into the vas_1819_sum_test dataset

The SUM_TEST invtervention code 1KY76 matches 5 different CODE_TEST rows on KCCI_CODE_new, each having different ServiceDetails.

What do you want added to SUM_TEST ?

• 5 new rows for each CODE_TEST with 1KY76 ? 
• The Service Details from the first CODE_TEST row?
• 10 new columns ? Ie. the Details1&2 from each of the CODE_TEST rows ?
