Merge tables in CAS

Hello ,

When i use a DATA step to merge SAS^® Cloud Analytic Services (CAS) tables with a BY statement, the following errors appear :

ERROR: The first BY variable, variable-name, must have the same format with all input data sets the BY statement applies to when using DATA step in Cloud Analytic Services.

ERROR: The action stopped due to errors.

My variable is alphanumeric, do you know how to fix this ?

Inspect all datasets participating in the MERGE for the type of the BY variable.
