Manipulating Strings During FILE and PUT

I want to download the SAS code in this page as follows.

This code reads the HTML page and picks the SAS code. One problem is that the HTML contains [&amp;] [&gt;] [&lt;] [&quot;] rather than (&) (>) (<) ("), so the downloaded code cannot be directly included through %INCLUDE here. Can I TRANWRD these words to avoid manual manipulation? Thanks.
