In our application, we frequently need to be notified about specific events like suspicious user activity, exceeded usage limits, triggered throttles, or new feature usage. Currently, we send these custom alerts to a Slack channel. I'd like to learn from others about their approach in managing such alerts, especially in a team environment. How do you monitor and handle these alerts? Do you have methods for acknowledgment, assignment, discussion, and tracking?
