Mainframe SAS PDF Creation

Up until a month ago, several mainframe SAS programs (TSO environment) were able to create PDFs that were automatically emailed to the person running the report.  "ODS PDF" is being used.  Currently, none of the program are sending the emailed PDFs.  There are no SAS errors.  Any suggestions for troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

is the PDF created on the mainframe ? as in have you checked the file it created by ODS PDF ?
