Mail working only when i do remote submit

Hi,

I am trying to know why this is happening.The mail functionality working properly when i do remote submit but not working when i do submit

When i start sas my Autoexec connects automatically to remote server.

I use base sas 9.4 windows

You need to configure your local SAS to use the same SMTP server. See here for the SAS system options controlling the mail interface.

In addition to Kurt's comments, you may need to talk to your IT support to get permission to use the local smtp server.
