i'm reading in an excel file

PROC IMPORT DATAFILE= "\\folder\pa54.xlsx"
out=pa54_working dbms=xlsx replace;
sheet='Sheet3';
RUN;

and i get this

NOTE: One or more variables were converted because the data type is not supported by the V9
engine. For more details, run with options MSGLEVEL=I.

Where, exactly, do I put in options MSGLEVEL=I?  I looked through 3 web search pages and can't find it.

i tried this line alone

options msglevel=1;

and got

ERROR 14-12: Invalid option value 1 for SAS option MSGLEVEL
