Hi, look at the troubleshooting tips starting on page 56 of this guide for SAS OnDemand for Academics (http://support.sas.com/ondemand/manuals/StudentManual.pdf). There should be a difference between your SAS Profile name (logging onto the main SAS web site) and connecting to the SAS OnDemand server with your SAS Server userid and password. Your Profile ID is usually an e-mail address -- but your server name is how you connect to the SAS server -- that will not be an email address. If you still have logon issues, you can open a track with Tech Support for specific help resolving your logon issues.
