Live chat with agent

Hello,

 

As far as I know, there is a way to chat with an agent but I can't find how to do it. Would anyone help please?

Visit the SAS home page and you should find the option -- or might be invited by them...

 

SAS also now offers Technical Support chat in the USA and Canada.
