Libname Statement for SAS Base Certification Exam

I use SAS on demand for academics for practice and i would like to understand if in the SAS base certification Exam, if we need to upload the files like shown below ? will the pathway be provided to us as Copy Paste is clearly not allowed in the exam. ?
