Can someone please explain what this output means? How do I explain the values in the data especially the p-values in the second output? How do I draw conclusions based on the data above especially using the p-values?

As a general rule, you should not provide results in Microsoft Office document, as many people cannot or will not download them because they are security risks. You ought to paste the text into the window that appears when you click on the {i} icon, or if legible, paste the output as a screen capture.

It indicates which levels of the interaction LSMEANS are significantly different from other interaction LSMEANS by showing the p-values. If the p-value is less than 0.05 (that's the usual cutoff, it produces a Type I error rate of 5%), then the LSMEANS of that pair are significantly different.
