Job Title: Senior Engineer - SAS SFM & BOSS APPLICATION

What You'll Be Doing:

Being the Hero:

You'll be the go-to person for fixing any hiccups in the application. If there's an issue, you're on it like a superhero, making sure everything runs smoothly again.

Keeping Everyone in the Loop:

You'll track and manage the progress of reported issues, keeping stakeholders in the know. Communication is key, and you're the master of it.

Supporting Like a Pro:

When the SAS team needs a helping hand, you're there to initiate support tracks and follow through until everything is back on track.

Solving Mysteries:

You're not just fixing issues; you're a detective too. Root cause analysis is your superpower, and you make sure to communicate the resolution to all the interested parties.

Reports Guru:

Incident management reports? You've got that covered, ensuring everyone has the info they need to understand what went down and how it was resolved.

Eagle Eye Monitoring:

Keeping a watchful eye on the health of our solutions is your daily routine. You monitor application performance, SAS servers, and usage, making sure everything is in tip-top shape.

Working with IT Magic:

Collaborating with the IT team, you monitor scheduled BATCH jobs and troubleshoot any issues that come up.

Maintenance Maestro:

Adjusting parameters and fine-tuning rules is all in a day's work for you. You handle SAS licenses like a pro, and if servers need to take a break or start the day, you're the one pressing the buttons.

User Wizardry:

Creating new users, roles, and groups is part of your skill set. You're on top of it, ensuring everyone has the access they need when they need it.

What We're Looking For:

You've got experience in SAS SFM and BOSS APPLICATION, and you're not just fixing issues – you're making sure they don't happen again.

Communication is your superpower, and you know how to keep everyone informed and calm, even in the midst of technical storms.

Monitoring is second nature to you. You can spot a potential issue from a mile away and have it resolved before it becomes a problem.

Maintenance and tweaking are things you enjoy. You love making sure everything is running at its best.

User management is a breeze for you. Creating new users, roles, and groups is like second nature.

Relocating for a job can be both exciting and nerve-wracking. I remember when I moved cities for a new opportunity. It was a leap of faith, but it led to growth personally and professionally. If you're considering the move to Riyadh for the SAS SFM BOSS application job, it might just be the change you need.
